CORONATION Street star and Sally Carman will be talking about life on the cobbles when she comes to Winsford this weekend.

The TV actress is one of the keynote speakers at the Women’s Day event being hosted by Motherwell at Warrington and Vale Royal College Winsford campus from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, March 7.

International Women’s Day has been celebrated across the world since the early 1900’s. Over time, it has evolved and now each year, thousands of events are held throughout the world to recognise the progress that has been made, to inspire women and to celebrate their achievements.
